Location is the highlight of the resort, as it is surrounded by beautiful tea gardens. There are variety of rooms and cottages available. The rooms give a great view of the tea gardens. Also, in the morning hours, it was like waking up to the purest form of nature, it was beautiful to see peacocks in the resort. The ambiance is just perfect. The staffs are friendly and the rooms are clean. I booked it through BOOKING.COM and got it at a reasonable price. Overall I would say it is a budget-friendly place to stay. Highly recommended if you are planning a visit to North Bengal.

The property and the location is beautiful. Very close to nature. Even the food was delicious. Overall it was a lovely stay, I am very much satisfied with the hospitality and services of all the staffs of Jungle Bell Resort. I will definitely going to visit this property again.

Staff Behaviour was very nice. Manager, Guard everyone was nice. There is a staff named Achintya , very nice guy. Food quality was nice. One may find it costly but if someone is having food inside hote then l it is almost same only in all hotels I guess.
